2022 MCGT ANNUAL CONFERENCE

Adults may walk-in and register the day of the conference. We cannot accept walk-in children's registrations.

Educator CEUs will be available.


Cost: 


MCGT Members: $25 per adult

Registration for MCGT members is now available!


Non-Members: $35 per adult (join now and pay the member rate)
Registration begins November 1st

St. Paul School District Families: $25 per adult
Registration code required, Registration begins November 1st


Children's Program: $25 per child

Kindergarten through seventh grade student whose parent or guardian is attending the conference. More details below.
Children must be pre-registered. The children's program does not accept walk-in registrations. Children's registration closes on November 25th. Registration has been extended until Tuesday, Nov. 29! Register now!

Children’s Program: Open only to children of registered adults who attend the conference. Kids in kindergarten through 7th grade must pre-register by November 25, 2022Registration has been extended to Tuesday, Nov 29! Register now! Walk-ins are not accepted for the children's program. Please indicate your child's first and second class choices on the registration form.

There are no facilities for children younger than kindergarten. Those in 8th grade or older may sign up to be volunteers in various areas of the conference (including assisting teachers in one of the kids’ classes or helping set up and clean up). Volunteer certificates will be provided. Please fill out the teen volunteer form or contact the MCGT office at info@mcgt.net if you are interested.


Adult Volunteers

We are looking for adult volunteers for a variety of positions at the conference, if you are able to help, please fill out the adult volunteer form


Photo Release

By attending the 2022 MCGT Annual Conference, attendees agree to allow their names, likenesses and images either in audio, photographic or video format, recorded onsite during the conference to be used by MCGT for educational, promotional, and archival purposes.


Financial assistance is available from the Betty Johnson Scholarship Fund: Families with gifted & talented children should not be restricted in their participation in MCGT activities because of limited funds. Therefore, the MCGT Board will accept requests for financial assistance which would enable families to attend events sponsored by MCGT, such as the annual conference or speaker events. MCGT also accepts requests for financial assistance for MCGT membership fees.
